Error during Online Booking of appointment for Biometrics

I am trying to book an online appointment for biometrics since morning but getting the same message everytime:

"Sorry, an error has occurred while processing your request.

We can not complete your appointment booking. This is due to a technical problem. Please try again later. "

Has anyone else been able to make a successful booking today?
