How to get Dependant PP while visa extension is in process

Hi All,

I have applied for visa extension under tier2(ICT) for myself and dependant and Biometric is in april 1st week.Now she is having some health problem ,can my dependant travel to india ..,how can i get my passprt from UKBA.
