SET (O) Joint Bank account

Post by mustang390 » Wed Mar 14, 2012 11:06 am

Hi I am going to apply for my ilr (HSMP 2 years + Tier1 3 Years). I am claiming points for my Self Employment from 2 different sources.
The first ones payments are made directly into my Business account but the second one is a joint account (Me and My Wife)

So In SET(O) "SECTION 12 - CONSENT FOR THE UK BORDER AGANCY TO REQUEST VERIFICATION CHECKS" do I need to get my Wife's signature as well ? But she is not in the country.

So What are the other options ? Any Helps would be appriciated

yes you do need her signature. ask her to print out the relevant page of the form, sign it and send it to you.
