I ve been reading a lot this forum, and found a lot of useful information. But I still have some questions, and may be someone of youguys could help me)))
My brief immigration history:
I ve been leaving in Uk almost 7 years. Including 5 years of marrige( I married a EU girl). Unfortunately it did not work out for us, and now we are living separately, though we are still in a very good relationship. She is now with another guy and wants to marry him, but she understands my situation and agreed to wait until I get my Indefinite visa. So I am going to apply this October, and after I get my visa will file for a divorce. I read in here, that divorce wont influence my future application for British citizenship. so I guess I just need a double confirmation, that I am safe and I still will be able to get my british passport)))))))) Right Guys?!
And another question, What if I decide to marry again after I get my Indefinite Visa? Is it ok? wont it look suspicious? My GF is non EU as well, will she be able to stay here with me after marrige? What kind of visa can she get?
