In how many days should we travel on Tier 2ICT Short term1yr

I was granted Tier 2 ICT Short Term for 1 year on Nov 15,2011 but have not travelled to UK as the project got delayed. Will I be able to enter UK after 15th of March 2012? Is my visa still valid even though I have not entered UK within 3 months of my visa being granted?
