Wordings on RC clarification

Post by dotsystem » Thu Mar 15, 2012 7:30 am

Hello members,

Am hoping that someone will be of help here in clarifying residence card. I will like to know the difference in having EEA'name on a residence card and NOT having EEA's name on it.

My EEA family permit had my EEA's name but my RC didnt, and i have heard some people saying their EEA's name is on their RC.

Thank you

In the old days (before 1 April 2006) they did actually mention the name of the EEA national, handwritten on the stamp that was put in the passport of the non-EEA family member.
And of course, the last ones of those expired only about a year ago.
