regarding dependent cancalation of visa

i m here on tier2 skilled worker since april 2010.my wife and 8yr old son joined me on 19 january 2012.due to some family disputes we r living saperately.my wife living with her son.so can u tell me how i can cancal my wife's visa.what should i do and how long it will take to make decision.what ukba required for this.i dont want to cancal my son's visa.pls assist.me
