Family Visit Visa

Hi I am going to apply for my ILR under Tier 1 General by post and it might take many months.

My question is that can I apply for my Family's (Wife + Twin Babies) Visit Visa (they are back home ) while my visa (ILR) is under Home Office consideration ?

Any help plz

(Just to add my Babies were born in the UK last year and my wife was with me for about a year as my dependent but they went back in october last year)
