2nd extension

I came on HSMP in 2008.
If I go for Second extension (since i have crossed 90 day limit) ..... there is a question in UKBA Calculator on "Are you in country using HSMP" .. folloed by another question "Enter date you first entered on Tier 1"... given my first extension I was granted Tier-1 .. what should i fill?

If I go with YES to above question then point's for salary is very different (more points for less salary ranges).

First of all I do not see your 1st Question - "Are you in country...." Can you phrase it exactly as on PB calculator? WRT, your first successful application date will be your very first HSMP application date (not your last extension)
