TIER1 - Apply for ILR - No Job at the time of application

Post by markotsg » Fri Mar 16, 2012 3:44 pm

Hello

I am currently on Tier1 visa and due to apply for ILR on 1st June.
for ILR i will have all required statements + payslips in April. (12 Months out of 15) (From 1st March 2011-1st April 2012)

I have heard rumours about redundancies in April/May.
In case if I loose my job, would I still be elligible for ILR if I apply on 1st June without the Job ??

I would be able to show required cover 12 months out of 15 but no job.
Any expiriences I would really appreciate

regrads

Marko

You don’t need to be employed at the time of ILR. As long as you meet the required salary points, you will be fine.
