Tier 1 Extension-Expected/Proposed Changes

Hi All

This is a great forum.I have benifitted immensely earlier as well

I wish to know that as per latest ministerial statement dated 15/03/2012,they have made certain changes to all visa categories in different terms and conditions.

I am concerned about the last line of statement""In addition to these changes, the government is also making amendments to the extension of leave to remain.""

Can somebody please tell what are they trying to hint at or what might be proposals at hand in this sense?
