I am in a similar situation, I have WP letter but i lost Tier 1 approval letter. I have P60 for 5 years but i am not sure if that's enough ! Lets wait for moderators comment.dkion wrote:I will be qualifying ILR by the end of the March with a combination of Tier 1(General) and Work Permit. My most recent permission to stay was granted under Tier 1(General). I'm trying to work out the SET(O) form but got a few questions hoping someone could help.
In 6.2 Absence, I have a total absence of 148 days with no single trip exceeds 30 days. It's a mix up of holidays (covered in annual leave) and project workshop. I wonder if I have to submit letters from my employer to prove this. I've seen people mentioning the letters but I can't find it's required anywhere in the form guidance or chapter 6 A- Settlement of Tier 1 Settlement Guidance. Does anyone have successful experience of not submitting the letter?
Also in 11L, it says in the form:
"For the period before you were granted leave as a Tier 1 (General) migrant, documents showing that you met the relevant requirements of the immigration rules."
I've seen people asking about this and the answer seems to be providing payslips/p60, bank statements and WP letter for that period. Fortunately, I have p60 for all five years but I can't find the WP letter. Could anyone has been successfully granted ILR recently share what do they ask for this please? Many thanks in advance.
Sadly, I don't have Tier 1 approval letter either.....ashubhatt wrote:I am in a similar situation, I have WP letter but i lost Tier 1 approval letter. Are you planning to show previous Tier 1 scoring sheet. How many points you got and etc? or any other details you are providing?dkion wrote:Sadly, I don't have Tier 1 approval letter either.....ashubhatt wrote:I am in a similar situation, I have WP letter but i lost Tier 1 approval letter. I'm not planning to show previous Tier 1 scoring sheet as it's pretty much the same things that I will score on ILR. I will take all P60/Payslip and bank statements of that period with me. However, this still left me a bit unsure so I came here and hoping to find some assuranceashubhatt wrote:Are you planning to show previous Tier 1 scoring sheet. Somebody suggested to show previous scoring sheet so I was asking though I feel its not required as HO should be having records!dkion wrote:I'm not planning to show previous Tier 1 scoring sheet as it's pretty much the same things that I will score on ILR. What about you regarding to the absence section? Are you preparing a letter from your employer ?
