OCI - Given name??

OCI - Given name??

Hi,
I'm filling OCI form online & on Part A application, when they ask for Given name, do they want both my first and middle name???
ie. on my british passport it's given name(s) means my name then my middle name which is my dad's name...
or just my name??
also in father's name do i have to put full name of my father??
ie. first - middle - surname?
quick help would be highly appreciated
