Hi,

I came to UK on work permit in 2007 Mar. Changed the company in 2009 Jul.then issued Tier 2 general migrant visa valid until Jul.2012.

In the application for ILR which category should i go (tick both?).Am i eligible for ILR?

How many months bank statement and salary slips required.
My son came to UK after one year of me.Is he eligible to apply (he is 6 yrs now)
My wife also working. Do i need to submit her salary slip and bank statements?
I am applying on 22nd Mar.Kindly reply as early as possible.
