using UK bank statement for applying from outside uk

Hello. i am applying for psw from pakistan and want to use my uk bank statement. my bank statement is from lloyds and it only shows the initials of my first name and my uk address. is it ok if i apply using that bank statement?

if this is the same name as on your passport than its fine. Secondly if you are applying from outside UK you need to have balance in your account according to applying from outside requirements.
