ILR Refusal for (Ltd Company)

I am looking for your help and guidence to understand my stand and situation
I came as student 2003, compeleted my masters got 1 year SEGS visa 2005 to 2006 and got contracting job as soon as I passed my master and then I applied HSMP 2007, I am still contracting.

I applied 9th of Feb for my ILR via Solicitor for premium service where she said that I don't have to be with them and they will represent my case.

My case decission was not taken on that day and solicitor was sent back.

Initially I was thinking that as I am contracting since long and recently too many things changed I might get reply with couple of days with positive reply as I am meeting all the requirements and paying corporation, VAT,personal, NI contribution on time.

After chassing by solicitor case worker, she came to know that they have passed to Policy team with Ltd company setup and there was no response for 3 weeks from the Policy Team.

After pushing solicitor, she contacted the case worker and my solictor updated me that she thinks case worker will refuse you so therefore my solictor making channel with UKBA senior Manager to review it.

This Friday my solictor updated they case worker is refusing you because they are not giving points on income as in last 3 months I have only withdrawn enough (which is 2000) only, and my solictor told me that home office has recently changed the way points were awarded, before it were awarded into the business account money and now they are awarded that how much you actually have withdrwan and we have only sent 3 months personal statements along with 1 year business statements which shows transaction to my personal account over the period where I have transfered 56K this year.

I need to find where I stand now as my visa will run out 26th of March?
My solicitor saying that they may refuse you before your visa expires and eiter give you right of appeal or no appeal
OR they will refuse after expiry of visa

I do need to understand couple of things?

1 Has the personal statement requirement recently been introduced? if so should we be allowed to send additional documents.
2. Can I challange home office for delaying my application though I applied for premium service ( As I had to cancel my exam and futher job interview as my current contract is coming to end, because of their delay and now possible refusal I will be no where?)

I am seeking your experience or guidence.
