In case of out-of-county application for settlement, will they have appeal right in case of refusal considering their existing leave.

The other question I would like to ask here is about proof for financial dependant.

I have been transferring money from my CitiBank India NRI account to my parents SBI account on monthly basis over 2 years (and over 6 years irregularly by need).

Will this be an issue? Or should I have to show direct transfer into my parents account from UK.

Do I need to provide proof for children my parents have? If so how do I prove that in India. I haven't got any document says we are the only two children.

Any advise?
