Hi everyone, my husband was granted ILR last Oct, we would love to apply for citizenship asap, but have heard we need to wait until this Oct. Anyone know of any loop holes: Spouse visa granted - 25/09/09
Entered UK - 7/10/09
Travelled out of UK - 22/5/10-7/9/10
Granted ILR - Oct 7th 2011

I would really appreciate any options!!

Not sure why you posted this in the Europe forum and not the British Citizenship one but anyway - See Q1 in FAQ - most common questions.
