we all deserve a decent life-style . my mom and dad sufferd & scarified a lot in order to bring me up. my future kid do deserve better than that.Too many hardles in my carier , as i try to step up college institues and ukba scare me off big time. i am a human i managed to come uk but letmee manage to be proper citizen . Here, i accept that hard work pays off and i do belive it . in my rubbish country it dosnt' . people bully u if they have big bodies or stomach , person who's edge financially seems he's the your in fact God. you b respected if you've either big stomac or got little money . i don't want that. currupt system , bad transportation and away from modern technology is indeed a big dilemma . My journey from 3rd wold country to here ends. this is my achievement and this was my dream , and there aint no one who could deport me back 2 that rubbish enviornment. i am here , have got refused for freaking teir 4 ,but this is not end of the world i been in this country fa 8 years . i don't mind staying here for 6 more years to qulify long residency . in case if ukba encunters me what will i do , any suggestion?

The requirement of 14 years is for total illegal stay. I think your legal 8 years will not count towrds 14 years so actual time is not 6 year, its 14 more years. UKBA can catch you anytime and you can be sent home with deportation stamp on your passport.

World does not end on UK. If you did hardwork in previous 8 years, either earning education or money, you can move to some other developed country. If you just waste time and money here and there, its your fault, but still you can make fresh start in some other country.

the 14 year requirement is NOT total illegal stay, it is any stay, lawful or unlawful as long as nothing has happened in the 14 years to 'stop the clock' (for example a notice of liability for removal).

1. Reasons for refusal. if you are that determined then why not fight u case and spend another 2 years and apply under 10 years legal stay.
2. 14 years rule is mor likely to be abolished soon as its in the news and the PM and peers have raised this issue on many occasions.
