Gaps in the salary of 12 months duration

Hello frnds,

I got my Tier Visa in Jan 2011 valid upto Jan 2013.
I am planning to go to extension in the month of Nov 2012.
My earnings should be 40,000 GBP in the last 12 months time at the time
of my application.

I am planning to show the earnings :

For the month of Jan 2012 and Feb 2012 (10,000 GBP , employee of a company)

March 2012 -- GAP , No salary.

April 2012 upto Oct 2012 (30,000 GBP Ltd Cmpny).

So there is a month gap in the above earnings , is that ok or is it should be continuos without a break ??

Please provide your valuable inputs / suggesstions.

That is fine. I successfully applied with gap in Dec 11.
1 - Mar-November
2 - Jan-Feb
