Family Visit Visa Requirements

Hi I am planning to invite my parents, kindly let me know if I am missing any documents from below.

1. Employers reference letter
2. 6 months pay slip
3. 6 months bank statements
4. Latest savings account statement, as I have funds in my savings account, but not in current account.
5. Invitation Letter.
6. Utility bill.

Note: All the above are originals.

Is Tenancy agreement mandatory, currently I am living in 1 bedroom flat, planning to move to 2 bedroom in May. If tenancy agreement is mandatory then is it alright, if I submit current agreement which is 1 bed room.
