URGENT HELP NEEDED - OCI FORM

Hi,
I've filled OCI form for Me & my family (Me, wife & two children),
on Part B - Section 21 It's asking for

Address of Employer:
First Applicant:______________
Spouse Applicant : ___________
Minor Child - 1 : _____________
Minor Child - 2 : _____________

which is bit confusing...do they want all names & on first line my eployers address? with my name??

also in Section 24. It has very little space to put our names as well as in Minors column...
Can i write it in short??

Pls help me out mods...I'm going HCI tomorrow

I am sure you can understand that the Employer address should be just for you (maybe for the 2nd applicant is she / he works), but I would be surprised if you have an employer for the 2 minors

- Fill in Your employer and leave the others
- If you have more information to fill use another page. Try to give information which is legible as it would be scanned and sent to India
