HO accept applications received on 5th??

Post by mrvemuri » Tue Mar 20, 2012 11:01 am

Hi to all

My query is, do the Home Office accept the applications received on the 5th of April?

I am planning to post them on 4th by next day recorded delivery. Bcz my bank statement finish it 90 days by 3rd.

Any ideas pls.

Regards

the date of application if you are applying from within the UK and by post is the date the application is posted. Therefore if you apply on 4th, that will be the date of the application. if you apply on 5th (i.e. post on 5th) then that will be the date of your application. it doesn't matter when the application is recieved but when it is posted.
