Biometric online booking

Hi this might be a pretty daft question but for booking a biometric appointment for Tier1 general extn what option i need to choose "Which service are you applying for?*"

If i select Tier1 general is it for in person application for tier 1 extn or for biometric ...bit confused. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Choose Tier 1 General and then don't select Premium Service option.
