hi everyone.
regarding the established presence:
'He/she has completed a course that was at least six months long within their last period of leave, and this leave finished within the last four months;
my husband travelled outside the UK after completing 4 months of study and then returned back. now we are applying for a dependent visa after 2 months of his returning back. can he prove an established presence?? what does last period of leave mean???

another question please:
my husband has started his masters in september 2011 and he is supposed to finish by september 2012, if i want to apply for a tier 4 dependent visa does he qualify for established presence?
