Tier 1 Extension / ILR

Dear Members,

Here are my visa extension details


HSMP visa EC : 09-March-2008
Entry into UK : 26- June-2008
Got Tier1 extension till 08-Mar-2013.

I have got my Tier 1 General extension ( known earlier as HSMP ) till 08-March-2013.

By the time ( 08-March-2013) I wont be completed my 5 years stay in UK.

Here are my questions:

1. Do I need to go for visa extention in March 2013. If so , how many years / months visa I am going to get?

2. Incase if I want to go for extension early ie in Sep 2012 , how many days I am going to get my VISA.

Its totally confusing ,some one please clarify me.

You will need another extension

If Tier 1 initial grant was 3 years then all further extensions will be 2

If Tier 1 initial grant was 2 years then all further extensions will be 3

will your extesnion be affacted by HSMP judicial review or not affacted by it?
