Judge ruling (question)

Post by DemiGod » Tue Mar 20, 2012 11:04 pm

Hi I have a question. I am due to go a tribunal soon and was wondering is the judge likely to make a ruling there and then or not?

This is in relation to a family visitor coming to the UK. I am her sponsor (she is my niece)

It is highly unlikely you will get the determination after the hearing. Most judges prefer to issue their determination in writing. You will probably get the determination after one week.

The judge may indicate his or her decision to you on the day of the hearing but you won't receive the written determination until at least a week afterwards.
