Some Clarifications Needed

My visa expires on 25th May 2012 by which I will be completing 5 years in UK. I mistakenly took a PEO appointment on 26th April 2012. I think the earliest i can apply will be 27th April 2012. Am i right ?

I have my son as a dependent who is only 3 years old. Do i need to take him along with me for the PEO appointment as their email asked me to bring all the dependents to the PEO center ?

If you entered UK with 90 days of your entry clearance, then you are eligible to apply for ILR 28 days before the 5th anniversary of your EC.
