can my sister reapply for family visit visa

Hi,
My sister applied for family visit visa for six months, but got rejected as she has not given a her payslips (which is very foolish no doubt!).

She was hoping to come for easter and if it goes through appeal it will take a long time to get the passport.

Can anyone please let me know whether she can submit a fresh application immediately after the rejection (last week) as she already has all the docs needed? Or has she got to wait for a stipulated time before applying again? Or, is the only way through the appeal?

Cant find that information online Any advise much apprecaited.

she can apply and appeal at the same time if she wishes. there is no stipulated time she needs to wait to reapply.
