Tier 2 Maintenance of funds documents for Dependents

Post by john1000yahoo » Wed Mar 21, 2012 10:42 pm

Dependent visa is for my wife and 2 kids, India. I'm in UK. The payslips and bank statements given for 2 months and few days (less than 90 days) and minimum fund need to be maintained is short of 200 pounds at one point of time for few days. I'm bit worried, I should have avoided and applied later. But mistake is already done.
How strict the case worker will be? I wish instead of refusing, if the ask for clarifications, I can provide more documents. Fingers crossed.

This is not the first time they are coming to UK, they have been in dependent before and visiting few times as well without any trouble.
In this case, do the caseworker consider asking further documents? or simply will they reject? some one who know about this...please let me know...thank u
