My work permit issued in 2007 IT administrator salary was £31000 i will aply in ILR IN June. the new code of practice will apply to me or not and what will be salary of new code of Practice ,in june what document i need i have 2 kids and dependent wife

Yes, you would require to provide employer's letter with your SOC code.
