NO tenancy agreements
only payslips/bank statements (both)

Are Eea national?
I supplied only payslips with my address on them as evidence, it was enough.

Your other posts suggest you are a bit away from qualifying for PR, but it's a good idea to start gathering your evidence as you go along.
