ILR - Spouse Visa

Post by rreddy » Thu Mar 22, 2012 1:56 pm

Hi ALL,

I am on Tier 1 general and my wife is on Tier 1 dependent since March 2011.

Can I apply ILR along with me next month?

Please let me know ASAP. some of my friends are telling me that 24 months rule applies if we got married after main applicant's ILR.

Many thanks,
Ravi

See FLR or ILR for my dependent

She needs to apply for further leave on Form FLR(M) after you have been granted ILR, and then for ILR on form SET(M) once she has completed two years as your spouse in the UK (i.e. a combination of tier 1 dependent/spouse of a settled person).
