Switch Tier2 ICT to General after April 2012

I would like to know the details regarding that whether I'm eligible for Switching from Tier2 Intra company transfer to Tier2 General.

Presently I'm having Tier2 ICT visa stamped on Jan 2012 as a Tier2 Intra company transfer Short term migrant for 1 Year

You can't switch to Tier 2 Genral from Tier 2 ICT short term.
