Lost one pay slip / Employer letterhead guideline?

Hi all,

I lost one of my payslip. My employer is ready to give me the details in the letterhead about my salary details.

Can anyone please tell me what is the guideline for actual information to be in the letterhead

(like: NI number/grosspay/Tax deducted/ Name/address so on..)

gross and net salary for that month. net pay should exactly match your bank credit. gross will be what you use to calculate total previous earnings.
