Filling up the application form: What to tick yes, no, n/a

I got confused in filling up the application form of the VAF9 part 5A: Your family spouse info.
5.1 Is your partner accompanying you or joining you later? If they are travelling later please provide their date of travel in Part 7.
(If single go to 5.6) Put a cross (x) in the relevant box
yes no n/a

What if he will not apply for a dependent visa yet and will do it maybe after 6 mos to a year? Am I going to tick the box yes or no?

If your spouse/partner is not travelling with you tick the NO box.

In Part 7 explain that you don't know when your spouse/partner will be travelling, if at all.

Thank you so much. Because we still doesnt have any plans yet of filing him as my dependent not until I got all the valid evidence to avoid refusal. Thnak you so much..
