child application - who will form ?

child application - who will form ?

hi,

I beleive we need two appliactions - one for my wife and one for my baby (both settlement visa) - i can get my wife to fill up the application but for my baby what email address do i use ? can i use my wife's email address to fill up both applications or do i need to use any other emaill address?

Depends; How old is your child? and whom the child is living? If the child is living with her mother; then obviously you can put your wifo details.
After taking Advice; remember Everyone's application, and thus supporting documents, will be different depending on personal circumstances.

my baby is 3 months old :)

I think you can only 1 email address once - my wife has used her email add to fill her applcation form - so can i use my email address then ?

It will be alright; honestly it is not a big deal. I prefer that your wife put her email address.

I do not think so it is required in your case. It is better to recheck it.

vinny, the website says:

Sponsors of parents, grandparents and other dependent relatives need to provide a sponsorship undertaking form

So my wife and child, arent they dependant relatives - am confused hence the question. so dont i come under this category ?

ECB12.3 Sponsor undertakings on maintenance and accommodation wrote:As with undertakings from an applicant (see above), the ECO should only require an undertaking from a sponsor in exceptional circumstances or for certain categories eg parents, grandparents and other dependent relatives under Rule 317 of the Immigration Rules. (see Maintenance & Accommodation - MAA)
Note that your wife and child are not applying under Rule 317.
