Post by april_28 » Sat Mar 24, 2012 1:03 pm

Hi there I just want to ask I recently obtain COS indicating my maiden name and I recently got married and now Im due on filing my tier 2 visa. Is it possible for me to use my maiden name on visa application even though Im married?

Thank you.

First of all: Tell me your complete name or message me.
Secondly: You must follow the name which is mentioned in your passport and your national identity card.
After taking Advice; remember Everyone's application, and thus supporting documents, will be different depending on personal circumstances.

Thank you so much for your kind reply. Im so very stressed out that I may be refused because of that matter. Now atleast I know I can still use my maiden name instead.
