- Although I am currently unemployed in South Africa, I have employment awaiting me in the UK at any time. I have worked with the company in question for 18 months previously and when i left to come here they said that my job would be open if i was to return. I will have no problem supporting him but how will this affect my application? What supporting documents do i need to provide to substantiate this employment offer?
- My fiance and I returned from the UK in May, unfortunately he overstayed his working visa by a year - not working at all, but living with me and supported by me. We left due to this reason, although at the time i had no idea of how difficult it would make applying for a settlement visa when we were married. We have been together for 2 1/2 years (living together for most of this) and are going to be absolutely honest in our application, but realistically - do we stand a chance??
- We intend to live with my parents on our return, would it be easier to make them co-sponsors or is this sufficient in terms of meeting accomodation requirements?
All of these issues are really getting me down as i just dont know where to find answers

Please help!!
Many thanks,
Meg
