The safest thing you can do is apply alone and once you attend citizenship ceremony after getting approval then you can apply for your wife straightaway without any problem. If you apply together then your wife's application will be on HO discretion so it can get rejected.zeeshanpervez wrote:Dear all,
My wife came to uk 3 years back while i am here for over 5 years. we both got ILR in April 2011. I am applying for BC in April 2012. Can we make joint application for bc together OR my wife has to wait until I got my passport? Thanks in advance.
Regards

Yes she can, as when you apply she will have been here for three years. Apply together but ask that your application is processed first.helloimran wrote:cricinfo wrote:The safest thing you can do is apply alone and once you attend citizenship ceremony after getting approval then you can apply for your wife straightaway without any problem.
