Dear all,

I applied for my daughter BC using MN1 form on the 7th of March using NCS service. The application was delivered to the HO on the 9th March ( tracked it using royal mail). However after more than 2 weeks have passed neither money has been deducted from my account nor acknowledgement has been received. Should I contact HO or is that normal to take this long?
