Advice needed

Hi
You advised one person this...
This you will find difficult but not impossible. If she does not find work you are looking at 2 years on a limited income
This was about a man who was bringing his parnter to the U.K to marry, my question is, if your partner does not find work while being here and you can support them, while you the sponsor is on benefits yourself for being disabled, will this count against them when there I.L.R comes up, we all know that work is hard at the moment to find jwork, ust asking to find out in case nothing comes up.
thanks

UKBA case workers are instructed not to refuse spouse ILR due to lack of finances alone. This shouldn't be a problem.
