I have several questions about EB-5 Regional where you invest 500K.
1. It should end in September 2012. How likely it will be extended? And how likely the bar of 500K will be raised?
2. Can someone recommend any particular regional center? Reliable and value for money.
3. At the end of 5 years, is it possible to withdraw 500K completely back? Is it usually this amount or does it generate any profit? Or maybe it can become smaller if Regional Center business did not perform very well?
4. Are there any other risks in investing in Regional Center? Is there a website which list government approved centers?
5. I was told by Vermont reg. center that costs of attorney and their fee would amount to about 65K in addition to 500K. Is it expensive/cheap?
