Is there possible to apply for the citizenship? and I know it requires for "good characters" etc. :(

any suggestion would be great.

what is your current immigration status, and what are the circumstances surrounding the DV allegation or charge or conviction, and what sentence given.

Hi, thanks for your response.
I'm on ILR, the sentence is about fine...,but does it make difference, it's a unwanted crimal record in my clean history! :(

I believe it is a learning curve. You will not make the same mistake in future again.

Usually a fine have a rehabilitation period of 5 years.

After wish you could apply for Naturalisation, provided the law has not changed.

You will not be removed or deported, as you never had a prison sentence of 12months or more. Your ILR is therefore safe.

Try and stay calm and possibly seek professional assistance and help.

If you commit similar offences and you are incaserated for 12 months. You could face deportation and you ILR revoked.
