FLR(M) Account Balance

Post by FLR(M)UK » Sun Mar 25, 2012 11:05 pm

Hi there,
Just wondering how much disposable income do you have to show for FLR(M) application.

My now wife entered on a Fiancee/Marriage visa that allowed to enter in the U.K She now has to apply for extension using FLR(M).

Recently we have spent a bit that is why I am curious to find out how much income / disposable income should I show?
We have no children/dependents.

Presently, the minimum requirement for a couple to meet the financial criteria is £105.95 per week after deducting rent or mortgage, council tax and any credit/loan repayments.

But again It depends. How much you have income and expenses. If the expenses are higher than the income. then you need good savings.

I suggest you must show good savings as much as you can to be on a safe side. Obviously, if you have good savings. Entry Clearance Officer does not bother to see your financial side.

Hope it helps
