Appeal info and Child status

Hi,

I have 3 questions,

1) I am pakistani national and i was a European child dependent and my EEA4 (permanent residence) appeal is granted in march 2012, so how long it takes to receive the passport?

2) I have a child who's pictures and details i have written in my application form for EEA4 (permanent residence) but he doesn't have passport or endorsed on my passport, so what would be his status. Would he get a separate visa or they will stamp his visa onto my passport.

3) When can i apply for his british passport because he was born before i applied for permanent residence (EEA4).
