ILR Query

Hi Guys,

I have a query regarding my ILR.
1) I came to UK on 24th Feb 2007 on Tier -2.
2) Went back to India on 5th Sep 2007.
3) Came back again on 13th Jan 2008 (129 days gap at stretch - problem 1)
4) Went to india on 9th Dec 2008 and returned back on 28th dec 2008 (20 days)
5) I got visa transferred to Tier 1 on 16th April 2009.
6) Went back to India on 5th May 2009 and came back on 23rd june 2009 (47 days)
7) I went to Switzerland on 25th Sep 2010 to 4th oct 2010. (9 days)

I got my extension this week for 2 yrs.

Total days out of country = 205
Total days out of country at strech = 120.

I hereby violate both the laws 1) 90 days at stretch and 2) 180 days in total.

I would be grateful if someone can help me and understand when i can go for ILR. Since I have 205 days in total as out of country, I want to know when I can apply for ILR.

I believe you should be eligible in Jan 2013 for ILR; 5 years after your 120 day absence.
