Applying Tier 1 general dependent visa from India

Hi All,

As the process of applying for dependent visa from most of the countries have changed, I am wondering how can I ask my wife to apply for visa from India, should it be applied online or using VAF10 form,, if it is online what are the options to be selected on www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk, thanks in advance for all your help..
