ILR and past income

Hi All,

A friend is applying for ILR and has a question.

His last 12 months income is as per requirements which he needs to submit. However, while submitting for all 5 years tax documents, his 4th years income is very less. Will they question 4th years very low earnings as well.

I don’t see any problem with that. As long as he scores enough points for last 12 out of 15 months, he will be fine.

What linkers said is right if your friend is on Tier 1/HSMP.
