Biometric Letter Returned Un delivered

Hello ,
Today i got a email from home office that my biometric letter has been returned back to them undelivered . They have asked me to confirm the correspondence address . But i have mailed them requesting to deliver at a different address... Once i called the home office, they have said me that i should not have done that. So can any one please guide me as what should i do...

HO are correct as they always ask for corresponding and Perm address, if you do change your address you should ideally call the HO and get this changed, mailing them doesnt always work. CAll them and request them to send the letter to the new address now.
